Responsibly maintaining your septic system is not just a good idea, but also required by law (Class C Misdemeanor for Aerobic Systems). We have Maintenance Plans to suit your budget.  Ensuring your system is functioning properly will save you costly repairs in the future as well as keeping you in compliance with the local authority.

Basic Plan

Basic Plan - $250/year

For Basic contracts, inspections are performed every four months (3 times per year) and are set according to location.

Customer is solely responsible for chlorine.

 
Basic Plan with Chlorine

Basic w/Chlorine - $300/year

For BWC contracts, inspections are performed every 4 months (3 times per year) and are set according to location.

TCEQ Required inspections with chlorine at time of inspection.

 

Gold Plan - $60/month

For Gold contracts, inspections are performed every four months (3 times per year) and are set according to location.

TCEQ Required inspections with chlorine at time of inspection.

Warranty on compressor, pump, floats and control box.

1 free spray head per year, if needed.

Service call/Repair discount 40%

 
Platinum Plan

Platinum VIP Full Service Plan - $90/month

Monthly inspection of system with required TCEQ inspections

Chlorine supplied at monthly visits. (No more than 3 tablets per month)

Clean air filter monthly and replace yearly.

Clean pump screen as needed.

Check sludge levels yearly.

Warranty on compressor, pump, floats, and control box.

2 free spray heads per year, if needed.

  • All prices are per year for maintenance on a 500 Gallon per day residential system (special pricing is available for commercial systems and systems larger than 500 gpd).

    In order to obtain any of our contracts for the first time, your system must pass an initial inspection by Bramlett Enterprises Inc. Once we have received your contract and fee, we will inspect your system. THE COUNTY WILL NOT BE AWARE OF YOUR CONTRACT UNTIL YOU HAVE PASSED THE INITIAL INSPECTION. This process may require up to 14 business days.

    Although Bramlett Enterprises Inc. supplies chlorine for your system as a provision of Silver, Gold, and Platinum contracts, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any county action taken against you if your system is out of chlorine. Please request a service call if your system needs chlorine. We will respond to service requests made to the office within 48 hours. Please call before signing if you have any questions.

    Please keep this in mind at the time you fill out this form. If your invoice becomes 50 days past due, your contract will be canceled. If you choose to be billed monthly/yearly and must be terminated due to nonpayment, there will be a $40.00 fee to reinstate the contract. Services that are provided free of charge under your contract will not be provided for occurrences of vandalism, improper usage, or natural events beyond Bramlett Enterprises Inc.’s control. Chlorine is the responsibility of the homeowner.
